People We Support
People we support live in their own home and hold their own front door key. Your home can be shared with like minded people, or you can choose to live on your own. This is called Supported Living.
In Supported Living you can help to choose who supports you and who you live with.
Your Home
Your home is important to you and Accede Support value that.
● We will support you to find your own home.
● We will support you to secure and manage your own tenancy agreement.
● You can choose your own furniture and decorations with our support.
● You can live on your own in a house, flat or place of your choice.
● You can live in a house you share with other people.
